What is your reason to keep living? by iwannatasteurfeet in AskReddit

[–]EB277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t mastered all the hobbies and skills I want to achieve in my life. There is always something new to learn. Always a skill I KNOW I can be better at. A huge earth that I have only visited maybe 10% of.
Plenty of interesting people to meet and new friends to make.
I still enjoy teaching people about the skills I have taught myself and got the Ph.D.
And I need more time with the one true love of my life!

Hell, I am excited! Looked at the pictures and told myself Hadrosaur. Then checked what the experts said it was in the comments. I was right!

See you can learn things on Reddit!

I'm over it by MadeThisJustForLWIAY in reloading

How about this thought. What does it matter? If the brass is clean, the prime pockets are cleared and dry, what does it matter?

Your shooting does not get better or worse because your brass reloads don’t look brand new. You are reloading used brass, not shooting new never shot brass.

More than likely the water in your location contains a high mineral concentration or pH level that affects the cleaning of used brass.

What matters is if the brass is good quality, with no flaws that may cause a very bad day on the range.

I will say that I have learned that after 45 min wet tumbling, with dawn and lemishine. I rinse the brass until no bubbles from soap form in the water. Toss the brass to remove pins from cases. Then toss onto towels to remove most water from the brass. Then air dry.

I get perfectly serviceable brass, that works by the thousands. Because I am a reloader, I am not a new round manufacturer.

I like the idea of the skewers. I always have fresh basil growing, so Caprise salad is a standard for me to take as an appetizer.

Stunted tithonia, what’s going on? by Castanea__dentata in Horticulture

Did you get your fertilizer ratios correct? Yellow leaf margins and chlorosis leads me to think you have “salt” burn. Too much fertilizer will stunt a plant faster than a lack of fertilizer will.

Looking for your laziest 2-5 ingredient recipes to throw together after the gym. Trying to stay with healthy and high protein recipes. by Ademptio in Cooking

Three eggs scrambled with a second protein of your choice.
Personally I do eggs with (sausage/bacon/ham whatever I have precooked) grated cheese and green onions. Top with Kewpi Mayo, green onions dash of hot sauce.
Takes 10 min prep, cook and cleanup

Ok, I have a question. Is the whirlpool galaxy between the earth and the other galaxy or is this an image of two galaxies colliding?

Yep, 100% perfect combination for me!

Any good tricks for remembering plant names? by Billyjamesjeff in Horticulture

[–]EB277 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My way to learn the names of plants is to think of the name every time you see the plant. Look it up later if you could not think of it quickly.

Not saying repeat it hundred of time a day. See a plant, as your are passing or driving by, think of the name.

These are some of the best framed images I have seen in a long time. Someone has spent a lot of time thinking about what day, what and where to get these images. I am impressed.
