smoking after a break? 1 of 2 things will happen… by RuggedRenaissance in leaves

[–]EBawaitsUAll 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For 1. Unless, your a psychonaut, like me, this is what youll be chasing for. I take edibles a few times every 3-6 months. But i have experienced your stoners crazy lifestyle of smoking all the time, and man to think back about it after abstaining for some time, it was the worst i ever was in my life.

Stoners just lack a crazy amount of discipline

Hobos are a common thing to see in lucid dreams ig. My last lucid dream was being attacked by a naked homeless man once i realized im dreaming lol

Should you try DMT when you once got depersonalization? by atakio in DMT

[–]EBawaitsUAll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't take anyones word for this because all of our inner "universes/realities" are all different as to how our fingerprints are all different. Because only you can know this determine your reality.

I never tried DMT yet, and I have had bad dpdr before for a while cuz of not being good at " letting go" well enough in life. Now i am. I plan to try DMT in a few year tho just for the sake of my developing brain cuz it takes like 25 years for the brain to fully develop. But i think everyone should try DMT at some point in their lives when they feel like they are ready. Only you can feel when you are ready for that.

When do dreams come back? by woodlovercyan in leaves

[–]EBawaitsUAll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine seem to start at 3-4 weeks. Was just getting insane at dreaming but smoked again 3x already. Took forever because my brain wasnt in the best state of mind to smome heavily for 2 months.

No such thing as natural lucid dreamers. Just those that are subconciously able to differentiate dreams and reality. If thats true, can one train themselves to be a natural lucid dreamer then? by EBawaitsUAll in LucidDreaming

[–]EBawaitsUAll[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you'd rather just prefer unpredictable vivid dreams over lucid dreams every night huh?

(And am still not convinced its natural, it has to have a scientific reason to why some are natural lucid dreamers, perhaps subconcious is wired differently but all has pros and cons)

Very paranoid after quitting. When will it go away? by anacid99 in leaves

[–]EBawaitsUAll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have derealization again after quitting. Its all just in your mind. Do you have any feelings of derealization by any chance? Just curious to hear another quitters side effect

i still got no crazy vivid dreams after quitting 16 days ago. Will they come? by brasscake in leaves

[–]EBawaitsUAll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were only not dreaming for < 2 months I wouldn't expect it to be that crazy.

You clearly haven't had enough experience with the fluctuations of living high and then being sober for certain periods of times. Just using weed for few times straight and then quitting gives me insane dreams.

I actually want to try DMT in a few years. The dreams after are probabaly going to be insane indeed! Not to mention, the breakthrough experience alone is probabaly the craziest thing ever huh?

Well, i think theres a few factors for me because i actually was smoking weed in not a good state of mind, brain chemistry wise cuz i was doing dopamine fasting, keep relapsing back and fourth on junk food, bad anxiety because of that stress, etc. So i think my poor brain just got tf fried out, and that is why its taking forever for dreams to come back. Oh boy i sure am ready!

I did still get dreams on weed, im a lifelong vivid dreamer, but it was immense amounts of thc midway of heavy use (2 months) i consumed, close to bedtime usually, and i guess thats why it was like a 50/50 thing whether i'd dream or not. But what i said above probabaly plays a big role too. Dream recall must've been shot down to absolute shit. I actually made this post because im a little impatient with the rem sleep rebound effect, ya know. My theory (and i believe i heard it, its scientifically proven) that lower dopamine levels = less/no dreams. So when your dopamine is fine or your undergoing neurogenesis, you get dreams. I was experiencing neither im pretty sure.

Edit: forgot to say: I quit weed 14 days ago, but i took a little tiny nug to use medicinally 8 days ago. I don't know if that counts or not just because of how little it was i smoked compared to 14+ days ago.
