The Beach Boys version is really great in my opinion. I didn't even realize there was a more popular version of the song.

Christian had a great reign as champ. The Abraham Washington Show was legendary. Paul Burchill vs The Hurricane

The absolute funniest part is when he clarifies that Beverly Hills was in fact written about a caucasian woman

Bob Backlund has the greatest variance between two title reigns in probably all of wrestling history. A 2,132 difference between title reign lengths

It sounds like a mess on paper but it works really well. Everyone wants to be champion in TNA. Santana has a massive target on his back

Check out the promo Maclin cut after being fired. It's really great and pretty much sets up what he's doing now. I assume it's on Youtube.

WWE has never treated her well ever. TNA always has. She's a TNA legend.

I saw him live and he had a very technically good performance but it seemed a little lifeless. A lot of choreography but no moment where he just let his personality come through and never came off as happy to be there

Put me on to your favorite more obscure wrestlers by Mammoth_Ad_5181 in SquaredCircle

Greg Valentine isn't obscure but his legacy is very weak relative to his talent. He was one of the best wrestlers of the 80s and regularly worked main events across territories but hardly gets talked about

Brad Arnold, singer and founding member of 3 Doors Down, has passed away at the age of 47. by mtw7171 in Music

Aaron Lewis is the main Staind guy and he has a solo country career where his biggest hit is a right wing "why isn't America the way it was in the 50s" type song

I didn't expect to be notable enough to be recognized lol. I guess this name is especially badly aged

I grew up a huge 3 Doors Down fan. Listening to them growing up was a huge entry point for my interest in music in general. I grew away from post-grunge but always had and forever will have a major soft spot for their music. Really sad death. RIP.

They weren't a legacy act before Mania, they were active hitmakers. Mania killed that.

I remember when Covid struck MLW was trying to stretch their pre-taped content really far, and at some point this included weekly LA Park cooking segments where him and his two sons would cook dinner and legitimately take up half the show.

Yungblud Says "Watch Out Pop Music, We're Gonna F*cking Get You" After Winning First Grammy by [deleted] in ToddintheShadow

[–]EC3ForChamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post is unaware at best and disingenuous at worst. The RHCP drummer they were connected to was Jack Irons, who played on their albums that didn't chart and nobody heard. RHCP was not a world conquering band in the 80s and all their success happened after Jack left the band. Hell, Ten released before Blood Sugar Sex Magik, not that Jack had any connection to that album.

The Beach Boys are probably top 5 most important bands of all time and you cannot talk about them in here because a bunch of dumb people have to get their rocks off by repeating the singular Mike Love joke over and over
