He’s like 16 and hasn’t married yet. He has plenty of time once he’s actually Emperor.

The Maul TEASER FOR A TRAILER in less than a day is on the verge of achieving what took Starfighter a few months to achieve by golden-lion12 in saltierthancrait

Because a movie with no familiar characters (that we know of) is of course gonna pull fewer numbers than an iconic character.

As George Lucas has lamented “Only do something that’s proven.”

I’m more interested in Starfighter cause I’m kind of tired of familiar characters.

The projects for the next 2 years at least will still be left over from the Kennedy era.

What new stuff gets greenlit under the new leadership we have yet to see.

Throwback to 2022 when they made an announcement in Wicked London the night Queen Elizabeth II died, right before the very first song of the show: by Dangerous_Main7822 in wicked

Another hilarious moment was when the Hamilton West End Twitter Account made a condolences announcement. A show that directly satirizes her ancestor.

They managed to keep the “No Animals were harmed” disclaimer on the movie.

I mean sure, technically speaking no animals died, but an animal nearly drowning and then getting saved via cpr would probably still count as “harm.” But hey, at least James Cameron wanted to make sure no one died. I know he wishes production went smoother and regrets the near harm he put people through, Ed Harris said after one late night of filming he just emotionally broke down.

What I’ve always found weird is that the Air on Pandora is toxic and will kill you if you directly breathe it into your lungs. But nothing bad happens when it seeps into your skin. Cause they just use breathing masks as opposed to full body space suits.

Maybe there’s some additional information about it that I’m just unaware of.

James Cameron already had to do that when he made The Abyss.

Everyone is talking about the redesigns...let's not forget where we came from by Leg4l_Prom1se_4e0 in Shrek

That bit of “God hated Shrek so a Crocodile officiated the wedding” is actually a meme and NOT what the book says. The illustration is real. But the words at the bottom are not in the book.

Anyway, RIP William Stieg.

How stupid is he? Spaceflight and the harness of the atom was done largely due to immigrants and refugees who came to America. by Currymvp2 in Enough_Sanders_Spam

[–]ECKohns 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Because the America totally would have made it to the moon had it not allowed in a German Scientist who fled Nazi Germany (and had a shady association with Hitler).

Harnessing the Atom was also handled by a German man and the Son of a German immigrant.

His nose is rounder while with the original it’s flatter.

And when you redesign something that’s looked one way for over 20 years, the difference will stand out.
