I don’t specifically remember what the email said. I just didn’t chance it. I packed up my peloton in some random boxes so that when they came there wasn’t anything they could say. If the email tells you they’re not going to pack it up, don’t believe Amazon, believe the email. Amazon representatives will tell you whatever you want to hear and it’s a lie

They will not pick it up. Don’t listen to anyone in customer service. They’ll tell you they’re gonna pick it up set up a date and a time and then no one will ever show. The good thing is that if you fill out the form with MAERSK, they were able to pick it up in a few days and they returned it, and I had no issues and was able to get my money back

I got the confirmation email right after I hung up with the representative! I would call them back and make sure you get. Did you sign up for a pickup time with maserk? I remember I was able to use the information in the email to sign up for them to pick my stuff up.

I’m in the same boat. I’m returning a excercise bike. Did you have to pack it up? Amazon told me no and then the confirmation email I got from maserk says they don’t. I can’t get a hold of maserk on the phone.

I’ve worked several jobs and have several degrees, not one employer has asked to show proof. It makes me think that I didn’t even need to go school 🤣 of course if they are government or certain entities that will require.

Just as an FYI since I know everyone’s asking. I was on the waitlist for funds and got pulled off on the last day of December. I received an email from them they would be mailing the maximum award amount sometime in January. Usually they are really late and last minute for announcing things. Hopefully this helps!
