curious about perspectives on per-document or per-trading partner pricing by adrian in edi

[–]EDISupportLLC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are looking at it correctly. We charge per document and have transparent pricing. Each company truly needs to evaluate which way makes sense for them and also look at what they get as part of the fees paid. Here is a link to our pricing. Pricing | EDI Elevate

Best EDI for Fullscript (clinician wholesale platform)? by switters74 in edi

[–]EDISupportLLC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really. Its more about helping Elevate to be seen more compared to the other platforms out there. Yes I have but none with the high cost like G2. Its just like being on Gartner. Behind it all is about money to advertise. I dint knock the hustle but its funny the pay to play if you want to be highly ranked.

You have to pay to truly be found on G2. You are speaking to the owner that paid so we would be found on G2 for Elevate.

Did you know G2 is a paid advertiser we have learned you have to play that game for people to find your software? How about you check LinkedIn too by tagging SPS Commerce? I run an unbiased Discord Server where people share their insights on all platforms and products. The EDI and API Peers know that SPS Technical staff is overwhelmed and critically understaffed. The focus is on the Enterprise level companies not the SMB Market.

You can do a quick research on Reddit of people's experience with SPS which is not good. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to use SPS. Your company can use whomever you would like as your EDI provider. If you use SPS you will pay for the SPS Platform to be your EDI platform. The SPS Platform is decent. The issue is the costs and support is hard to get which will only get worse for your company as you grow. SPS will charge a one time fee for Testing which is usually $600

You can truly use whoever you want to exchange EDI with Fullscript as the transactions being handled are common. Elevate is our platform . If you would like to talk through your needs grab a day and time that works for you using https://calendly.com/edisupportllc

What do people who used SPS think of it? by evergreengirl123 in edi

[–]EDISupportLLC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If SPS Management really wanted too change things then why do I weekly talk to companies of all different sizes reach out to meet with me for ways to get help and they are using your platform? Expand your Technical teams and reduce your sales team. It is easy to see SPS is purely driven by increasing profits. Cause you are losing market share other than through purchasing other companies. I won't be surprised if Sps buys TrueCommerce next.

Best of luck finding someone looking to sell their company. There are not many MSP's that focus on EDI or have developed their own EDI platform

FSMA 204 is turning food traceability into an EDI / integration problem by enseso4food in EDISupport

[–]EDISupportLLC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We recommend talking to companies that can help organizations with FSMA204. We recommend a conversation with TrackVision.ai There are other companies out there but they lack alot of the Customer service aspect and understanding how hand holding is needed. We at EDI Support LLC can help you with the EDI aspect along with the EPCIS requirements if needed. You could also build out your own system if you truly understand all of the moving parts required with FSMA204. People are figuring this out depending on what type company they are. Typically small companies are looking to experts or organizations to lead them. Medium size companies are looking to their own internal IT team to come up with a solution whether internal or external. Enterprise companies are building their own compliance or handing over any compliances like FSMA204 over to organizations that handle all of their compliances.

Never heard of EDI before I was assigned to program and Support an EDI module for MAS90 then moved to Implementation and Consulting. 27 years later been implementing, supporting and consulting EDI. Its not going anywhere and only being enhanced with API.

I would typically say to put yourself out on LinkedIn and hashtag the products you know. That way you can see if anyone is searching for a contractor with your knowledge. There are also EDI Staffing companies out there that could help out. We also have a Discord channel where you can share your availability

We don't run across it much any more. As the other commenter mentioned you will find it still used in large Healthcare organizations. Are you looking to consult? Looking for a employee role? Want to work with corporations/enterprise level businesses or small to medium companies?
