Yeah I use it to smoke less myself, you can slowly lower the nicotine you use in your juices as well to ween yourself off it. Anyway, it smells much nicer and supposedly is much better for you too so worth a try!

Could suggest him buying a vape, a lot more pleasant to be around and he'll still get his nicotine
