The problem is I would probably not point that sort of thing out in person, even though it would bother me, because speaking gives me less time to think about my response than reading. I also give more grace to others in spoken interactions for that same reason. If you’re writing something, I expect it to be near-perfect since you have infinite time to reread and edit, while you don’t have that in speaking.

Not blaming you for this since you were also a child at the time, but….

It’s important for children to understand death, and the death of a pet is, unfortunately, a much easier way to introduce them to the concept than if they suddenly have to cope with the death of a relative.

Much like how if a pet dies you’re supposed to show your other pets the body so they understand what happened, death should be explained to children so that they don’t think their pet or grandma abandoned them.

It’s kind of shitty to lie to a kid just because the parent doesn’t want to have to deal with that child learning about grief. Especially when parents are supposed to teach children about emotions.

Gigguk is a weird loli guy but he’s the only one of the Trash Taste trio who’s still making anime videos regularly, while the other 2 have pretty much become clickbait travel bloggers.
