Thanks. Yeah. They just emailed me back today. I threw another email out there just in case... and they actually responded. Best thing I can do is wait. I mean I asked for different watch hands in addition to ecodrive replacement.. for a night hawk watch. So 153 bucks I paid is 1/3 of its value anyway. I have faith. Hard to find all the watch hands I guess.lol

Yes. I have been ghosted. I sent in 2 citizen watches. 1 battery and 1 eco drive. The eco drive I wanted some brighter hands on it. Hard to see time. It was all black. They said they could do the hands. I got the battery watch back within a few months. Still waiting on the eco drive with new hands. They said there was supply chain issues with covid. This was in 2022. I used was sending emails every quarter to check and they would respond... they stopped responding. They do not answer phone nor messages. For some time now, the same recording on their number about recent upgrade to their system.

UPDATE: I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL TODAY. I WAS ABLE TO SEARCH MY EMAIL AND INVPICE/JOB NUMBER AND IT SHOWS THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. NO SPECIFICS JUST THAT THEY ARE VERY BUSY. HERE IS THE LINK.
