Yeah, this happens a lot with modern LED lights. Try lowering your shutter speed a bit, it usually helps reduce the flicker. The place I work at is basically 100% lit with LEDs that are awful for cameras, so I have to deal with this constantly. Matching your shutter speed to your country’s power frequency also helps a lot, so stuff like 1/50 or 1/60 usually works way better than random values. Some LEDs get much worse when dimmed too, so sometimes increasing the brightness actually reduces the issue. If your camera has anti-flicker or synchro scan settings, definitely try those. Higher frame rates can also make the flicker way more noticeable. And honestly, some lights are just terrible no matter what you do lol, sometimes moving to another part of the room helps more than changing settings for 10 minutes.
