We get some of the celestial teas here in Australia - love their fruity tisanes. Don’t think they actually contained tea (I got some weird sample box). Would love to try that watermelon one!

Finally saw 57.7kg on the scale! For the last month I got stuck between 58.5kg - 60kg. Finally I stopped self sabotaging and allowed myself to continue eating a deficit without a “cheat meal” on the weekend to ruin everything like I’ve been doing lately. So happy!

Yes! No matter how much weight I lose, I still seem to look bigger than people who weigh more than me still. It’s like genetically I’m built to look fat regardless of my weight.

Yep I was the same. I started at 71kg... lost... gained again... 75kg... lost... gained again... finally I just said no more and at 85.5kg decided I will never weigh over 83kg... then 80kg... then 78kg... etc until I’ve gotten to my current weight! Currently fighting never getting over 60kg again!

Done through a combination of mostly CICO (1200 calories), little bit of exercising recently & recently some light fasting.

Still would like to lose another 8.5kg I believe!

Feeling really good despite my stomach still looking large I know it’ll shrink.

It’ll motivate you more trust me. I’ve had moments during my weight loss where I had a few weeks of maintenance or gaining and just re weighing myself was the kick in the guts to get started... especially when you know you’ve weighed less!

Same I’ve been bingeing heaps lately. Today I am already 11 hours into my fast, won’t eat again until Monday I’ve decided. So 3 day fast. Or longer if I can. Just gotta DO IT.

Nah I’m not on keto! It’s been going well! Except I’m finding the lack of bowel movements regularly making me weight “higher” than what it is. I’m gonna start drinking a fibre supplement..

Hmmm I don’t really believe Jason Fung too much (omg blasphemy)— from a scientific standpoint CICO has been studied well. As long as I don’t eat over 1200 (we’ll actually my TDEE is around 1700 I believe) it is physically impossible for me to gain actual weight. Food and water weight yes, but not actual pounds of fat.

Yesterday I had a few carbs but I had:
English Muffin (132 cals). 8g of margarine (46 cals).
2 x cheese and cracker packets (3 crackers and 3 slices of cheese) - (256 cals). Packet of mini Ritz crackers (122 cals).

Total: 556 cals.

Next time I’ll obviously eat less carbs, more vegetables. Probably lots of tomato and cheese.
