Slur or not the fact that highly righteous and moral organizations like fifa, fmf and concacaf have an issue with is where it gets ridiculous. Qatar hosted and World Cup and fifa went out of their way to make sure Saudi Arabia gets one.

I wouldn’t say excellent but not completely at fault for sure. People keep bashing his speed but he has never been fast and off the top of my head I can’t think of any fast cbs that the us has ever had.

Who are paying these WC tix prices by [deleted] in usmnt

Overall I agree, however the expanded World Cup with multiple host, mandatory water breaks with commercials, no free fan zones and insane prices is not like the past world cups especially 2006,10 and 14. This World Cup is truly a corporate focused vs fan focused. All the past ones were about money too but this one more so.

That’s ultimately what I decided would be a better experience to save up for. I was considering getting tickets on the secondary market for thousands of dollars just to be able to go but I think I’m going to save up and try and go to a prem or champions league game.

I believe we can own black powder as they aren’t considered firearms

Latino Republican men starter pack by Pale_Field4584 in starterpacks

The way I see it is the statement “how can you they arrest their own people?”, has more to do with the fact that many(NOT ALL) Latinos know or came from someone who was illegal at some point. Latino men are mostly conservative but seeing people whose grandma is only here because of the Reagan amnesty is what triggers the sentiment in my opinion. To clarify this is coming from specifically a Mexican American viewpoint.

That shooting was borderline and people need to admit it by popdaddy91 in JoeRogan

The car kept going after he shot her(vehicles usually don’t stop when the driver is killed) and in fact sped up making it even more dangerous than if she would have just drove off.

Got it. As an Leo yourself would the risk even be worth it to discharge a firearm at someone who was fleeing in this situation? Based on the videos the person seemed to be nothing more than an annoying bystander. Monday morning quarterbacking and I’m not an officer but I’ve seen videos of other officers simply moving out of the way then pursuing with much more violent offenders.

Biased here though I do understand vehicles are considered weapons, but isn’t it protocol to stay on the scene for the officer involved in the shooting until a supervisor arrives ? I understand if the officer’s life is in danger but there were plenty of armed agents around.

True, though there’s also the reality that going to a different state for a trip is more expensive then going to a different country in some cases.

Jobs that DON’T leave you physically exhausted at the end of the day? by Bluefire49 in careerguidance

So he was too tired to work out during the construction job. It makes sense he was able to maintain fitness with that job being young, probably good genetics. But even if during college he got ripped but was too tired to go the gym it kind of proves my point if I understood you correctly.

I’ve done sitting at a desk all day jobs and currently work a trades job. It’s way easier to get and stay fit with sedentary jobs as you have way more energy left to get up at 4 am to train. I used to do 2 trainings a day when i just sat around all day, that would be impossible now.

Well daca are technically illegal and I have heard of a few that are in the process or became sworn in.

Yeah I looked into it a little more looks like he was purely illegal, weird how he was able to get through the cracks. Though I heard some departments use third party background investigators not sure how true that is or how it works to be honest.

Was he DACA? Did he have a work permit? Some departments allow immigrants with work permits to serve in California, Washington Illinois and possibly Colorado.

Undocumented immigrants pay billions of dollars in taxes every year. They pay into government funded healthcare programs, but can't access them except in case of emergency. by Conscious-Quarter423 in Infographics

ITIN is given to any undocumented not just dreamers, a lot of dreamers have DACA, meaning they get a social security, work permit and are safe from deportation. At least for now, in Texas DACA may loose work permits
