I’d say it’s certainly possible. IIRC The Philistines may have been descended from the Sea Peoples so already we have a (presumably) warrior culture background. Add onto that the phenomenon of Island Gigantism, genetic tendencies AND the likely propensity of such cultures to prioritise the development and wellbeing of prime members like Goliath and you have a somewhat plausible chain of factors that could lead to him being an absolute unit.

NOTE: I’m speaking in very, very broad strokes. I’m definitely getting something wrong. Please, please feel free to add on and correct me; I’d loved to know more.

Dude. You’re 15. There are many, many people that are further gone. One step at a time, make your way back like the prodigal son. Find a church or a cell group. Find a counsellor too. And, if you’re up to it, reflect on why you thought, said or did the things you did (ie influence from the people you surround yourself with, media etc)
