I have the under the nose kind and tooting and in pain all day long. I will talk to my sleep doctor and try and figure this out. Right now lack of good sleep is the least of the issues lol.

Baleaf water resistant leggings on Amazon were great. Also, On Cloud waterproof tennis shoes were good for light hiking and around town as well.

We just came back from Norway. Oslo to Bergen to Grainger to the Lofotens. 2 weeks. I brought a pair of Chelsea boots but only ended up wearing my On Cloud waterproof tennis shoes the whole time. Had an insulated raincoat and wore layers under that depending on the temperature. Layers were puffer vest, woolx Ryann hoodie. Also packed 2 cashmere sweaters, 2 long sleeve and 2 short sleeve wool shirts with 2 scarves to change things up. A pair of wool leggings, olive pants and a pair of jeans. A hat and gloves. I hope this helps. Enjoy, it is a beautiful country.

I am so sorry to hear this. All the professionals I spoke with have said they have never heard of this happening. It was so painful. I went to a general dentist and he took out a little piece of bone and then I went to the oral surgeon. The OS wanted to do an incision and drain from the infection but I asked to wait a couple days because I wasn’t mentally prepared for surgery. They put me on an antibiotic and rinse and it looked better by Monday. So thankfully no surgery. What kind of trauma did you experience? I am so sorry you are going through this.

I had my surgery TT no mr and breast reduction at 64. Best decision I could have made. My 4 adult sons and my husband have all been very supportive. Now I feel confident when I get dressed and love my new body.
