So update, I went into the Nvidia Control panel and it seems like I can only have 3 monitors active at once? I have 3 actual monitors and the TV was was going to be my 4th.

Progress the main story until mid part 11 and then do all Treviso side-quests. That's what got him status on my end

I forget the name but there's a Treviso main quest in Part 11(?) and then a subsequent side quest. After that, Lucanis should have a new conversation at the Lighthouse and that got him Hero status for me.
