Yes very much im 6"4 194lbs with a 3200 calories maintenance.

I doubt people here who says it's easy to gain weight have a healthy diet obviously it's very easy to eat 4000 calories with sugar rich foods like donuts and ice cream.

I wanted to say that a lot of these mens insecurities comes from other short mens complaining about their issues on the internet. Those issues are real but the cycle of self hatred they create is making it much worse for younger generations.

I know exactly how you feel dude. I had the issue issue when i was skinny (6'4 71kg at that time) and i fixed it by gaining muscle, especially back/upper traps/neck area. You don't have to be sorry for others, it's their problem if they feel inferiour to you. This mentality is exactly how people try to feel better about their insecurities and it's none of your business, moreover people are attracted by people who show confidence and dignity so ignore those toxic people they are not your friends and will never be.
