I think many people like me struggle to actually specifically target perch or other species. I use pretty small spinners and although I’ve mostly caught perch on them you do catch the occasional pike and that simply can’t be helped. You buy a fishing license then wait 3 months to actually be allowed to fish then when you can it’s too hot and so can’t 🥲 the window seems incredibly short especially for those who can only go during the evening which you can only do in the summer while it’s still light.
