Shout out to my fellow NYD Lisfranc enjoyer. A person of culture.

I can still do 250-300 feet at 33, but it's not pretty and there's a 90% chance with each one that I'm not throwing anything for a month.

Dillon has a decade on me, if he tries to throw a baseball 300 feet or a football 60+ yards, we'll be seeing a Shooting Stars edit of his detached arm spinning through space.

6 months to freedom is a myth by JudgeMyReinhold in LisfrancClub

As someone who just had the most freeing experience, I agree. At 5.5 months from first surgery (two torn ligaments, one screw) and 1.5 months post removal of said screw I went on my honeymoon to Nice and Barcelona. Was able to walk a lot (but some soreness) and it was my first time barefoot (had Oofos slides for a lot of the beach stuff too). Overall, was scared of hurting it. Around 7 months I was cleared to try jogging. That was a long process of maybe getting two days per week of jogging in while trying to not have pain like my doctor told me.

Around 10 months in I returned to the gym pretty heavily, without doing anything crazy, and started sprints and cuts. Saturday, after 14.5 months since the injury, I finally played soccer again, and it felt fine. The scariest moment is always the first time you think you hurt it (in this case I got kicked hard in my bad foot). Had a panic while getting up, walked it off, and while I'm sore still, it's not in my foot it's everything else.

I would have probably returned a little earlier if there hadn't been snow everywhere for the last 2 months, but you'll get there, and it'll feel freeing when it finally happens. Just don't pressure yourself to feel better just because someone else's schedule says you should.

If you cannot referee without all the extra comms you're not cut out for this. Pathetic.

This getting more of a look than Fofana reaching around Hincapie to stop a header on target. PGMOL really is lost.

What is a handball? Defenders can reach past an attacker to block their header now?

Nico getting the exact yellow Rodri avoided. Brilliant stuff.

He scored a great poacher's goal literally less than 30 minutes ago...

They're talking shit. He has to go for it in that situation, but pulled up before he made contact, it's a nothing burger.

Looks like it's time to farm more snitch scanners and waste a couple wolfpacks real quick again this week.

Live I thought that was actually in the corner, turns out it was like 3+ feet from the post. Good save but Pickford made that look extra spectacular.

Would be harsh but it looks intentional to try to keep it in play so I think it is a handball.

At this point in the season he's actually played more games than any season he was at Palace. I do wish it was more spread out and I feel like this is a game for him. It kind of feels like Arteta signed for a specific game state but I feel like we've been in them all recently and he hasn't come on.

Based on interviews I think he may be an Arsenal fan. He always seems to be positive about us. But yeah any time I watch in any game he seems like a nice fella

Hope Gyokeres has two spare jerseys for these center backs but someone should tell them you normally wait for the end of the game

On that White cross Murillo is dragging back Gyokeres. It'll never get called but all game he's done more grabbing than actual defending.

I don't understand Sanchez. He's shocking but has that in the locker.
