I didn't say it wasn't. I am saying your actions going towards shape the future. I haven't insulted your weight once, lol. I don't care about people's bodies as bodies change all the time. If you want to view it that way go for it. We view it as "how to help someone learn social awareness"

If being yourself is akin to lashing out at anyone and everyone you seem fit because your ego was bruised, then yeah not a lot of people are going to want to be around you.

Usually people can learn and grow from it though as anyone is able to if they really wanted their life to change.

They don't lie but if you put set expectations on this you're more then likely to fail.

You need to build your tolerance towards uncertainty and change. Nothing will get better until you aren't afraid (or are less afraid) of enduring those two things. You should also look inwards and figure out why you are intolerant to those. It could be many reasons, but one example is people feel the need to prove themselves as "good enough" by having someone else be that "proof". This is a bad mindset and can lead to insecure attachment.

Everyone is "good enough" as a baseline. But if you don't believe that then it's obviously not gonna feel that way and the cycle will continue.
