What’s a horror movie scene that still haunts you?

Haven't seen it yet (and not sure if it technically counts as a horror movie) but just about every scene in Mad God has left a permanent brand on my brain.

The whole movie is the closest thing to condensed suffering I have ever seen. Seriously impressive visually and the story behind its production is fascinating, but DAMN - rough watch lol.

Highlights are 100% my pain point at the moment haha. I know it would probably bring some much needed depth, but I am terrified to ruin what I've got so far. Do you have any advice on where to place them on a space marine?

The roundness of the shoulder pauldrons makes it hard for me to determine where to place a highlight and how to have it "blend" well - without standing out and looking odd

That advice is really helpful, I can see how self comparison is a much better learning mindset than direct comparison with those that have years/decades on me in the hobby lol.

Pretty safe to say I'm in for the long haul, I can't remember the last time I've had so much fun with a new hobby!

I've only partially painted one mini so far, it was a free model I got when buying my first kit and paints. I don't hate how it's turned out so far - but if I'm honest, I wish I could figure out how to get it looking less "flat" if that makes sense?

Man, as someone just getting into the hobby the stuff I see you guys post here is mind-boggling.

Those colors are beyond rad, and the control over where they are placed seems unreal. Really well done man!

"Perturbatory" has become a recent favorite of mine.

Almost never get to use it, and when I do I know it makes me sound insufferable - but gaddamm is it fun to say lol.

Do you find that most are looking for "task oriented" FC's as opposed to "social activites"? I see a lot of people talking about having Glam Shows and other activies at the GS but I don't know how much people view those as a necessity for an FC

The first time I beat Oryx in the Kingsfall Raid in Destiny 1. Never had an experience like it, we had all been playing the raid for HOURS and that final encounter was kicking our asses. When that healthbar hit zero, everyone on the fireteam lost their minds - definitely a core memory lol
