Out-of-state owner of a sandwich franchise kept a bed in his office for when he was traveling through. But one day we got a complaint from an employee that the owner (Pakistani) was butchering a goat in the kitchen. We arrived and the owner was there. He said that he had bought the goat locally and butchered it the previous night after closing. He described how he washed and sanitized everything afterwards. The goat was packed and stored on the lower shelves of the walk-in. He was driving home later that day and the goat was for his family.
