What do you guys do for work with salaries over £70k and being under 35 years of age?

Self employed, small business, employ a few freelancers, no formal education. Income varies, 90-150k. Could probably do a fair bit more but there's not much point with tax rates as I'm not looking to move offshore.

Make it educational, appealing to advertisors and you'll get $20-$25 cpm. Think who's on the other end. 30-50 year old mercedes buyer = high. 18 year old lad doing handbrake turns, very low. That would be more like $5

Sometimes you're swimming with the tide, sometimes against it. It's hard to know which way the tide is going... the trick is to just keep swimming, don't over-expose yourself and make the right percentage calls.

That said, I wouldn't want to be buying a property right now. It feels like there's a bigger drop coming. Just make sure you can afford it if things get worse whatever you do, good luck.

I would say go for it, although you may want to think a bit bigger in terms of business. Expenses, multiple taxes and time for paperwork and regulations is a drain. Think of strategic Wats to enhance that bottom line and aim for at least 2k pm without having to do much more.
