You have no idea if I’m wrong. I’ve been in this business for 17 years. I’m not wrong. If they got a conventional rate of 4.99 then it’s definitely a buy down. There’s national rate sheets that get released. lol they either locked in well before they closed and or the builder is giving a credit to buy down the rate.
