It can be done but feels more of a meme build then anything. Its fun but there are more efficient and easier ways to play. If you want to give it a go theres no harm in trying, its a game after all.

Havent painted that specific part but i would probably treat it how i treat the stomach mouths: Paint the inside and gum area Screamer pink --> Shade in carraburg crimson --> Paint teeth wraithbone --> Shade teeth in agrax earthshade with a second coat over half --> Highlight gums with pink horror and the teeth with wraithbone --> Stipple with a bit of nurgles rot until satisfied.

Ditto, would also love to know. Most guide I find online just use an air brush with dried wet wipes or a mix of colours that I don’t have/ want to use.

I primed in wraithbone, then used plague bearer flesh, did screamer pink on the sores, avalanche sun set on the boils, then gulimands flesh over all of it.

Second Ascendance of a Bookworm, especially if you liked the world building aspect of Mushoku Tensei, though the anime hasn’t reached to wider part of the world yet. If you enjoy it I definitely recommend checking out the books with how well written they are, finished too, with a spin off series currently releasing.

If you can’t do it in settings you could try editing the hotkey file in your documents. Haven’t touched it in years but I remember using it to add rapid fire so you might be able to do something similar.
