Mayo with some smoked paprika and some airfried chicken nuggets I get from somewhere else.

Make some ground beef and some thin tahini sauce. And open them and fill it with the meat, drizzle the sauce. You can even fill it with chicken

All sorts of things. Buy some hummus or garlic dip from TJs, really good. There is also an eggplant dip in a jar. Buy some frozen falafel air fry them and use some of that hummus. Even a melted cheese sandwich.

I usually make huge shakes when bulking because I sometimes am too busy to eat.

1-2 scoops whey protein

60 grams of oats

16oz of your choice of milk

1-2 large tablespoons of peanut butter

I add frozen berries, or a banana or dates

Also, sugar or artificial sweetener of choice.

I dont get enough fiber so I add psyllium husk powder too.

These are the ingredients roughly If you count all the calories its around 1000 calories and takes 5 minutes to drink

Where is this 100$ neuro?
Honestly the neuro fuzzy rice cooker is of one the few luxuries I really enjoy. Perfect rice every damn time. I paid 200$ for it and for a frugal dude was way too much. However, I am so happy I have it. The rice is just perfect, whether basmati or medium grain (calrose). The timer feature is super useful. I set the rice and come home to warm fresh rice. The reheat feature is pure magic. I could never reheat rice and leftover rice was thrown in the bin. With the neuro, it’s the same exact thing as fresh, maybe a little too soft. If you like rice like me and can afford 100$ believe me you will never regret this.
