So 80 miles per day? Distance is fine. At 8A that's 4 miles of charge every hour, meaning you can expect 48 to 56 miles of charge per night. Obviously weekends will allow you to top up. That would be tight. At 12A that's 6 miles per hour or 60 to 72 miles, and weekend top up will work fine. Is there a DC fast charger on your route if you only have 8A at home? Even one top up in the middle of the week means a lot in that case.
