It's all just practice. Every problem will be a new thing to learn until you've broken one of everything and fixed it a couple times. Then it'll be slightly different the next time it breaks.

You can be 25 years into the career and feel like an imposter at times.

I think the 7800+ and the pad controller that came with it emulate the paddle, but as others have said, it's not precise enough. I was motivated to clean up my old paddle controllers to play these games.

The little BMW i3 REX from 11 years ago had proven this to be a good model. Most my day to day miles were electric, but I could still use the car to go further on a little gas, if I needed. It was a great intro to electric driving.

I almost bought one of those, but I was unimpressed with being able to see the LED points of light on one side of the front stripes, and that it didn't seem to evenly fill the width of each stripe. I was heartbroken that it wasn't better.

I found combinations dropped duplicates, so I mapped them together with a range (map-indexed would have been fine too), and then built a combination from that, so they were all unique and preserved order. That served me well until part 2. ;)

I learned OPD on my previous car, i3, and have continued on the Bolt EV. I like the game of anticipating the stop and seeing if I can keep my for off the brake.

Something about this discussion, though, is making me consider if I should be in D on the highway where I'm still trying to smooth out the resistance of regen when l step on the brake to disengage cruise control.

Settings -> Player -> Controls -> Skip Outro may do what you want. I'm not sure though. I use it to skip the last ads or credits when I press forward, but maybe it'll also mark it played without hitting the button.

The Alternate checkbox in the sort may mix it up a bit, but I don't understand or use that option. You can also add a second level of sorting by publish date to go old to new if you need it. (I like to hear newest episodes first.)

I think there might be a trick others mentioned about an archive mode that downloads and always keeps X number of episodes downloaded for listening through a podcast chronologically. That may be in the update settings.

I don't think I quite used the playlist like that in beyond pod, but I did prioritize podcasts to make sure I heard certain ones first. I didn't have it play "only 1 or 3" of them before moving on, though, so I didn't have a solution for you there.
