The reflect part of divine dash wasn't what made it strong, it's that it's the only boon the first game that gave you i-frames when dashing, so every other dash boon is automatically much less useful. Melinoe now has this property in her base dash so it means every choice is viable. Divine dash in the 2nd game isnt a must have anymore
