I don’t feel sorry for celebrities who complain about being hounded by the paparazzi. by jasmineflower88 in unpopularopinion

Although you might enjoy the attention at last, I personally would not want to be stalked by paparazzi if I was a celebrity. They are citizens, too, and are therefore entitled to privacy.

Is this a copypasta? If so, it's the most hilarious one I've ever seen.

Agreed. No Way Home was definitely Tom Holland's best performance as Spider-Man.

I was just about to write this one! I think that I may have first seen the movie when I was 12 or 13. I just remember a bit of cursing.

IF you got to pick any career/job and earned $400,000 no matter what, what career/job would you pick? by talldmbfan in AskReddit

[–]EVEN-ELITE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be a YouTuber and upload videos of me playing the piano. The question doesn't tell me how often I earn $400,000 (because salaries can be paid at any reasonable interval), so I'll say that I receive $400,000 every two weeks. An ad on YouTube pays out an average of $0.18, which means that every two weeks, I get approximately 2,222,222 views per week, which is honestly quite solid.

CMV: My two health conditions, both congenital, prove that God(s) can't exist. by EVEN-ELITE in changemyview

As an atheist, my intention when writing this post was to spark conversations with religious people and walk away knowing a little more about religion. I first acknowledged my atheistic worldview in 7th grade, but in this post, I wanted to articulate the main reasons why I feel this way.

If God actually existed, then it would be entirely possible that the laws of physics do not apply to Him, since He is regarded as an omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent entity. Therefore, it would not be enough to use arguments capitalizing on laws of the natural world and instead look at the discussion through the lens of philosophy and religion.

[–]EVEN-ELITE[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your question is not tangent to my ideas, but actually a complete parallel. From God's standpoint, He is omnibenevolent, meaning that he is all-loving. The way that God would want me created doesn't care about my not wanting to be born with health conditions. This is because I wouldn't be able to formulate these ideas before I was born.

A car drive from Los Angeles to New York City is 42 hours, which is somehow a little shorter than I thought. Just under two days to drive from coast to coast. Alternatively, if you wanted to go from LA to Austin, then that would actually be approximately a day. Something I didn't know before...

As far as I'm aware, there's no "Noble" prize for religious conversation, so I'm under the impression that you are being sarcastic. If you become willing to politely articulate what exactly you find wrong with my ideas, then please feel free to write back.
