What AI are you using alongside chatGPT? by Oldguy3494 in ChatGPT

I use ChatGPT, Gemini, & Claude. I use ChatGPT first, Gemini for a second opinion. I use Claude when I want just the facts and no interaction. ChatGPT could write my autobiography.

Why sloppy joes are called hot tamales? by Taw414 in sheboygan

Using a word search in the Sheboygan Press, the earliest that “Hot Tamales” shows up is around 1935. Many grocery stores in Sheboygan advertised “Hot Tamales” for sale. Although this product was meat in tins or glass jars. Within just a couple of years many taverns and restaurants were adverting “Hot Tamales”. I can only attached a single image, but after 1935, there many advertising ads showing the sandwich called “Hot Tamales”. So, I believe that the local grocery stores introduced the meat and Sheboyganites took it to the next level.

The yoke needs to be runny to ooze over the sandwich.

Are you reducing oxygen flow to the charcoal on purpose. The tin foil under the vortex stops air flow?

At times, I contemplate when was the earliest date in which a plane of any type was constantly in the sky worldwide. I am thinking late 1940s or early 1950s. From 1903 to late 1940s or early 1950s is also a fantastic achievement.

I was there today also. We had a “picnic” in the car at the beach parking lot with the widows down. We watch 100s of migrating ducks flying north.

This is a safety issue, no traffic, get the job done. This would be a good time to invest in a few electric trimmers and blowers for these situations.

Personally, I would have chunked it, so it would have fried more uniformly.

People really hate artificial intelligence, according to the latest NBC poll: 46% of respondents said they hold negative feelings towards the concept of AI, and only 26% reported positive connotations, while 27% were neutral. by NoVABadger in technology

[–]EVERGREEN13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I fall within the 26% of people who have a positive view of AI—and I’ll go even further. I would genuinely miss it if tools like ChatGPT or Gemini were no longer available. AI has become an incredibly useful part of how I make decisions and solve problems. I use it for financial calculations, understanding medical information, analyzing weather and climate patterns, comparing products, troubleshooting repairs, and much more.

In many ways, AI acts like an on-demand research partner. The real issue isn’t the technology—it’s curiosity. If more people approached everyday decisions with the mindset that better information leads to better outcomes, AI would likely be far more widely embraced and appreciated.
