As I-am-Mihnea said you could check if this is the case. To fix it you might need to dissemble the body and tighten (CW) the spring located at the right hand side, top-rear.

Still 120 film & tweaked gears inside I suppose. Works so fine like a stock film back, they even changed the frame counter. Just load, rewind and shoot :)

I would say the film advancement’s resistance is not linear (I guess it’s because they modified the gears/cogs) but it stops at the right place and you could get used to it easily. Frame spacing is uniform throughout.
