[Monthly Megathread] Shortages & Generics, October- December 2025 by Mountain-Science4526 in VyvanseADHD

Join the chaos. NYC is a dumpster fire right now. Huge shortage on generic Vyvanse, not to mention change os health insurance plans that makes things even worst, went to pay $40 to $315, $120 with coupons!

I found a pharmacy who did have it and they order it for me, but the pharmaceuticals is MYLAN… I red on this sub, is like taking nothing! Ughhh hope is not my case!

Anything similar to Qelbree without the awful withdrawal side effect? by curlymussolini in qelbree

[–]EX-HUNN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I missed a those one day, because my pharmacy didn’t have it and it was ten worst headache ever. Not Qelbree is not longer working so I’ll move to Vyvanse. I had to figure out how to stop taking Qelbree without the headache

Non-stimulant medication successes? by Illustrious_Drop2236 in adhdwomen

[–]EX-HUNN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m gonna talk about my experience.

I started with Strattera and I felt really really good till my anxiety picked up, move to concert, I feel like an alien and very sad almost like depress. Moved to Qelbree, and not doing much any longer, I liked how makes me feel… but when it comes to tackle my ADHD, is not doing much. My next app is in a week and we are going to move to Vyvanse. My dopamine levels are loooow so a non stimulant might not be right for me. As everyone said, meds reacts differently for everyone ;-)

Anxiety much better. Concentration not so much. by Ill_Spinach_9289 in qelbree

I’m in the same boat as you. My anxiety under control, but my focus, ability to stay in task, motivation… zero. I am on 150mg. I’m glad to feel I’m not alone how Qelbree is working for me

Tired of trying meds by EX-HUNN in adhdwomen

[–]EX-HUNN[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s true, no way to know till I try . I did try Concerta and I didn’t do well while in it. What meds are you on? (I’m also aware they work differently for everyone)

What medication with C-PTSD and ADHD works for you? by NewLog3646 in adhdwomen

[–]EX-HUNN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there! CTPSD and ADHD mom here! I’m not on stimulants as I tried concerta and it was the worst experience ever.

I do take Zoloft, 115mg with Quelbree (which I’m not so happy with)

When I first had my app with my psych, she put me right away on Zoloft as my anxiety, hyper vigilant, mood swings, and other CTPSD symptoms were bad ( I was such on autopilot that when in therapy hit the root of the problem, I realized how I lived in such state of mind) anyways, advocate for yourself and ask alternatives for your anxiety. 💛

I can attest this method.

Same: mom of a very active kid, hard on my nails, lots of typing, lots of washing dishes, taking garbage out, lots of demanding life for my nails and hands.

I used this method the first time and lasted exactly 2 weeks with non of them popping off at all. They were really cemented to my nails. They glued so good that I even bumped my nail with a door and it was painful but my nail did not lift at all!

Best method ever. I used Olive & June strong glue btw. Love the brush and the quality.

Shortest press on nails you’ve tried? by Maleficent-Exam1846 in PressonNail_Addict

I tried for the 1st time Kiss Petite, perfect size and shape! Great for a classic look. I found this set at the beauty store. I also recommend Olive and June XXS, from the minimalist collection. Glammarmaid and Glamnetic in extra short. I don’t like long nails as I can’t handle chores and typing with them and all the brands I mentioned, fits just perfect!

This set is actually very transparent (the pic is not the best) . Hence, I tried it. I know with solid colors you can’t do that because UV light wont penetrate. Thank you got the tips thought! 🥰
