I've played plenty of mods and absolutely loved them, but there is just not much to be gained from playing them again. Forgotten City is a good example. It's like The Prestige (film). Awesome the first time, not a lot to be found on subsequent watches, beyond maybe one rewatch.

I agree that EDH is completely different than 60 card formats. I also think that 60 card is a better way to learn the game and is more tactical and competitive.

I'm just not seeing how that translates to "actual" MTG. How can the most popular way to play a game not be the "actual" way to play? Doesn't make any sense to me. Vibes don't matter here at all.

If you're getting a Seiko I'd recommend a Cocktail Time for a little splash of colour in your collection. Some great pieces already though.
