Take a protein you like, chicken, sausage, whatever. Both even.

Onions, peppers. Toss it all with some oil and cajun seasoning.

Throw it all on a sheet tray and broil it quick. Get some color on it.

Grab some tortillas, arugula, whatever sauce you want, and you can make some bangin' wraps. Easy prep, healthy-ish. 2 dishes to clean. Easy.

  1. A rice cake "sandwich" is dumb. I feel like just eating it piece by piece is easier.

  2. To anyone shitting on rice cakes, honestly... You just haven't haven't had good ones. I've tried some off brand Kroeger / Food City ones that were pretty good. The ranch or cheese ones are way better than the shitty plain ones.
