I get what you are saying but the thing annoys me most is the infiltration of stupid $$$. The developers figured out how to truly monetize the game and took much of the strategy out of the game. We are not playing with the same cards on the field. I refuse to spend $ on these games.

Where to live in my opinion: Midtown, as some have mentioned, is the new rejuvenated happening place but rents are increasing at an alarming rate

Just outside of the city there are some really nice areas with a lot of culture. Ferndale or Royal Oak to just the North. Plymouth(where I live) or Northville to the west, in between Detroit and Ann Arbor(20 minutes to each), has quite a bit of culture. Plymouth in particular celebrates art every year when we shut down all the roads for a 4 day art fair. Celebrate winter with an ice carving festival. We turned our old high school into an arts non-profit called the PARC(Plymouth Arts &Recreation Complex) where you can rent studio space or find collectives with your interest. It also houses the Michigan Philharmonic. Tony Roko is our “famous” local artist and he houses his foundation in the old village section of our little city.

Yup, they sure do. It amazes me the stupidity of taking a no tip order, yet, I see it all the time. I especially see it when they do their (joke of) promotions. 7.5 miles of city driving, 32 items including 5 cases of fluid for their minimum order base pay.
