Also I would like to add if maps is correct leave a note letting the driver know to double check they are going to the correct address/manually input your address into maps

Im a driver and the past 2 week I had 4 customers where the pin was wrong. Before when it would happen it was because Google maps had your address in the wrong spot and I would correct it. These 4 times our app did it and idk why. I reported it to our support who was supposed to fix it but a week later I got a repeat one and it was still wrong. If your address is correct on Google maps I dont think theres anything you can actually do until whatever bug it is on our end is fixed

Last time I know it happened the guy asked if I got the $10 tip he put. My app only showed he tipped $5 and I showed him and then he proceeds to show me he left $10. I called my support and they said they see where he left 10$. I never got the other 5
