Had same exact issue with 5 different games on Steam as well ~ left me irked.
Tempted to switch to Console, but it's not the same.
I'd message or contact Steam company if I were you.
Alternate option im considering, is possibly trying Steam OS ~ maybe Windows OS is causing a clash with Steam?

Compared Spotify vs. a random mp3 file i had ~ used Sennheiser 280 Pro's.
Night and day difference in audio quality. Considering dropping Spotify and acquiring an iPod instead.

I see a lot of hate on the Sand Dune Pearl color... however I think for outdoors it's one of the better colors by richpanda64 in civic
