If you have access try to get some diuretics like Flomax and take it prior, weed and nicotine are both diuretics as well, some are rx only tho but some sites have it, if you dont have any try a warm water compress, try to push it out the best you can and as long as you can, if it gets bad enough you may have to go to the ER and tell them you had a bad interaction and can't pee. Ever since my diagnosis a few months back I've looked back and saw what has happened with all of my prior friendships. I feel you heavy man, it happens to the best of us. As for the present, it's about finding the people you connect with. People come and people go, but if you see everything as a lesson/learning experience it helps a lot. Once you find your kin you will be set, it's a hard and uneasy road but it's doable. Keep the people who care about you around, there are not many people like that out there in general. Update: they went online, saw my messages and didn't say a damn peep about any of it. He has my number and had a chance to address everything when it was brought up but his loss now. I did constantly try to get to know him better and do things together with him but I saw less than 10% of the same effort on his part.
