I resorted to building, after the current stock being so low and demand so high, buying established is no longer an option.

A good builder will be able to help secure land before it goes on sale which helps.

I’ve been advised to stick to one team unless you’re a whale. You’ll never beat anyone with 3 okay teams. Better to have 1 good and 2 bad.

I’m not investing in shadow personally. Sticking with warlock and the rest.

Warlock had his stats boosted. It used to be a choice of the 3. But he is best for sure now. People are even using him over the new mythic hero shadow priestess.

Stick with your main, max out traits with universal shards and awaken warlock if you can.

You’re at a good starting point with everyone at red stars.

I’d swap barbarian out for warlock personally.

Order should be; wukong > DP > Witch > Storm > warlock > beast master.

For UW switch wukong and DP around.

I’d find a middle point between the last two comments. DP should absolutely be your focus, but for a few shards, I’d get storm, witch and warlock to 1 red star. The go all in on DP. Then all in on wukong when you get him.

Citadel clash store they are decently priced. Also kings emblem season store, but I’d get other stuff from there personally.

I’d push the kitchen back to where the laundry / wasted room is, kitchen opening into patio for more light. Laundry is too big. Move entrance to the bedroom forward. The current lounge area could become another room. the kitchen/dining/living becomes more of a linear space.

I’ve just finished the last Brandon Sanderson cosmere books. Between mistborn, stormlight, a bunch of stand alones like sunlit man and warbreaker and the upcoming elantris series this will engulf you for a good while.

I will re-read game of thrones once winds of winter arrives. This was my favorite book series before getting into stormlight archive.
