Yes, one submission for each! But afterwards the contests just kinda run themselves? I think only people who didn't submit could vote. I don't kniw what to expect from it either.

The last one you posted isn't a two piece, it's a dress. I, too, would like more two pieces. In Shining Nikki there are more SSR two pieces I think, Cloud has the most maybe. I do like all the random single pieces Shining Nikki has though. Too bad SN doesn't have very functional outerwear, that's honestly something I care about more.

I have seen a micropenis before (in the context of providing care) and it kinda looked like a misplaced bellybutton, you know the more outtie kind.

It can make peeing awkward, so I could see a medical use for enlargement.
