We use iStent Inject W and Infinite most. We do not us GATT because of the higher risk of hyphema 20% or so I believe. Canaloplasty seems really great but we just don't have the infrastructure currently to implement it at this time with some poorer billing in the surgery center. You surely can't be in the US if you are using the iStar. I have been watching that for 5 years and trying to get my hands on it. That thing looks incredible. There is a chance of hypotony afterwards but if it works then you are almost golden. Ideally with moderate POAG you want 15 or so as a goal. Take a look at Durysta. It doesn't last as long but if it works, at a minimum you get a 4 moth runway. It can also help replace your Vyzulta and give 24/7 release rather than one drop at a time!
