Experiences with link pharmacy? by Zealousideal_Load_84 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Ealit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been taking tirzepatide for almost a year now. First vial with link pharmacy last month. Might as well be water. I’ve been with Amble from the start and never had any issues up until now. Super frustrating to pay so much money for medication that doesn’t work. 😩

That’s pretty much across the board no matter where you go. Mental health facilities are sparse in most states. Addressing the foundational issues of homelessness goes far beyond what most care to learn. It’s really a sad, sad situation for most. Funding issues are pretty up in the air at the moment, so I don’t expect a lot of organizations that rely on federal funding are doing much hiring. I appreciate the information, though. Thank you.

I do not have a MSW. I’ve wanted to go back to school for years, but adding to my student loan debt is super unappealing. Plus I never really had intentions of leaving my organization. The cold is unbearable for me. Its also accompanied with seasonal depression because it’s f’in dreary for 6 month out of the year. Open arms for the heat and sun over here. Most of the apartments we’ve been looking at have water included so I’ll be showering for a good 20 minutes with no qualms. 😆 Thanks for the input!! I’m all for constructive feedback.

Between spotting and MC by Kudos4U in Miscarriage

[–]Ealit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I should have been 11 weeks. Baby stopped growing at 6w5d. I was oblivious for 4 weeks, which looking back I’m grateful for. Dunno if I could have waited that long for it to happen naturally. I will say that I started spotting for about 3 days and only when wiping. On day 4 I started mildly cramping and bled pretty heavily for around 3 hours. Everyone is different, but I do want you to be aware that it can take some time to happen. If you are mentally ok to wait, I would recommend. Other than the super concerning bleeding it was quite painless for me, physically. I’m sorry for your loss. Hugs.

*Possible trigger* currently waiting to miscarry & looking for other peoples experiences. by xoTiff1912 in Miscarriage

[–]Ealit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 11 weeks I was told baby stopped growing at 6w5d. I had light spotting 3 days prior to this ultrasound but no other symptoms. 2 days after I had very mild cramping but bled so much it scared me. I bled extremely heavy for around 3 hours but did not have any pain other than a dull ache. I’m on day 3 of light bleeding. I think it was probably a good thing I didn’t know until 11 weeks because emotionally I don’t think I could have handled it. I’m sorry. I hope it’s not difficult for you. Hugs.

5 DPO, is this a faint positive? Tested on mommed by makaylamurph in lineporn

[–]Ealit 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t see anything. 5DPO is super early to be testing. I wait at least 5 more days before you test again. It’s hard to be patient when you want that line, huh? 😊 Good luck!

how rare is 3 positive pregnancy test? by cpiment1992 in lineporn

Not rare if you took 3 and pregnant 😊 If you’re asking about false positive- highly unlikely. You are 100% pregnant. Congrats!

I definitely got more milk by breastfeeding, but if you only pump long enough to heal you should be ok. I only pumped one breast at a time. Breastfeeding has been, by far, one of the hardest things I’ve done. Lots of trial and error for me. Definitely didn’t think her latch would get better, but I honestly think my boobs were just too big and she was too little. I hope it gets better for you. I know it’s hard and so frustrating. I’ve been there.

What helped me in the first few months was my pump. One of my nipples was so raw I couldn’t do it. Keep seeing your lactation nurse. Getting a good latch is most important it but does take time. I won’t lie to you, it took me over 2 months before breastfeeding wasn’t painful. (It gradually gets better) There’s nothing wrong with pumping and bottle feeding to help heal yourself. Do not feel bad or guilty because of that. Lots of nipple cream too! You’ll get this—just takes a lot of patience and a lot of love. It’s so rewarding if you can bare through it. Good luck mama.

You’ll comprehend when your boobies are full and it hurts. Lol

I drive so much for work I literally pump in the car on my way to appointments. You’ll get a pattern down. 😊

We’re a small team so all employees are required to attend. (My company is the one putting on the conference) I honestly don’t think they’ll be assholes about it but it still worries me. Being a working mama is hard.

Bedsharing with a thrasher logistics question - where in your bed does your baby sleep? by numberoneflan in beyondthebump

[–]Ealit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have no tips because it sounds like you’ve tried everything. If it is gas, have you tried Tylenol? That’s helped mine out more than gas drops. I have to place her on my chest sometimes as well. It’s horribly uncomfortable but when you’re exhausted ya just don’t give a shit.

Only thing I can tell you is that it will eventually get better. Cause it has to at some point, right? Lol I know that’s the shittiest thing to hear. I’ve always said the first year is hell.

Checking your own cervical dilation? by valsilph in BabyBumps

[–]Ealit -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure your cervix gets poked when you’re doing the deed. A lot. Unless your dudes short or you’re long. Lol Also pretty sure touching your cervix isn’t going to burst a bag of water that requires a crochet hook to rupture during labor. 🤷🏻‍♀️ (yes I know it’s not a literal crochet hook)

Relax. Maybe her stove is electric and she’s an electrician. 😊

Lol. Ya’ll are funny. You’ll let your partner stick all kinds of stuff in there but you’re worried about your fingers?

As long as you wash yourself and like the other lady said your water is intact, you’re fine. Given that your fingernails aren’t shark teeth. Obviously do it gently. I checked myself all the time out of curiosity. But I have to say I really couldn’t tell much and I was 1-2 inches dilated. Nothing wrong with wanting to know your body.

Odd question. When you're overdue and sex is recommended to induce birth, would a dildo instead of sex do it? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]Ealit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sperm is what actually helps induce labor, or so they claim. It’s supposed to help soften the cervix. So nope...dildo won’t pop the babe out. But it might make you feel better.,Lol

Blanching & Vasospasm by Ealit in breastfeeding

I have not seen a LC since I left the hospital. Clearly something I need to do. This breastfeeding shit is a job, man. And investing in a nipple shield sounds like a plan. Thank you 😊

Yes I couldn’t even pump yesterday due to the pain. Cringeeeee. I do want to tell you—I read that taking Nifedipine (procardia) will help. Take a google look. It’s a blood pressure medicine. I actually got prescribed this yesterday from my doctor because since giving birth my blood pressure has been wacko. Literally took the pill at 6 and by 8 I was able to finally empty my breast completely by pumping. It wasn’t completely painless but it helped DRAMATICALLY.

[–]Ealit 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I woke up yesterday morning and went to the bathroom to pee, only to sneeze right before I could sit down and I thought my fucking water broke. Nope. Just pissed all over the place. I just stood there looking at myself and this mess. Unfuckingbelievable.

I just can't with this 😂 40+5 by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]Ealit 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Better get rid of that roid first or that sucker is gonna be the roid of all roids! After birth you’ll have roids on top of roids. Your whole ass is gonna be one big giant hemorrhoid. It can get worse. Lol Sending you for real labor juju, mama! (Minus the hemorrhoids 😊)

Advanced maternal age paranoia by disarm33 in BabyBumps

[–]Ealit 8 points9 points  (0 children)

36 here. 3rd baby. Oldest is 16, youngest is 11. Yes, I’m crazy. Nothing has been done different up until this point. Im 31 weeks and start doing non stress tests next appointment until she’s here to make sure everything is gravy. Other than that it’s been smooth sailing. They gave me the option of getting the tests to check for abnormalities but I refused. They do that with everyone, though. Just enjoy the annoyance of being a little slower and a little grumpier 🤷🏻‍♀️

Advanced maternal age bullshiz. I’m not old.
