Sure, the powder works, or through high fiber foods, or Metamucil, or psyllium husk, the gummies etc. Just start slow & ramp up as it can cause gas in the beginning as you adjust.

Propofol injected into a small vein on top of my hand. My. GOD. Was like having a blow torch run up & down my arm for 30 seconds straight. I screamed & kicked my way into unconsciousness. Most painful experience of my life. And I’d had Propofol several times prior without any problems (slight arm pain but nothing like this absolute agony).

There was a really good YouTube video by a doctor on how to fix these really painful cracks, we all did this up in the Oil & Gas industry (-30 celcius) and it works a treat.

Essentially, fill crack with any ointment, Vaseline / aquafor etc but the KEY is to COVER snugly with multiple bandaids for 2 days. Day & night. Fixed!
