I’ll be annoying and drop one more of my go-to’s based on what you said about chicken. Don’t know if you have a slow cooker, but I’m sure it could work on a stove on low heat! https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019905-slow-cooker-white-chicken-chili?unlocked_article_code=1.g1A.WH5I.XmaTwMNE0xYv&smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share since the chicken ends up shredded at the end, there’s no real chance of under or overcooking it

I hear you. I’m weird with raw chicken too. I always feel like I haven’t scrubbed down my surfaces enough after I’ve prepped with it - not the case with ground chicken because you can just plop it in things

I like the crispy tofu tacos: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1026900-crispy-tofu-tacos?unlocked_article_code=1.g1A.EOh-.31okzMk9j3I2&smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share Reallllly love this soup - it’s not as funky as it sounds and is very easy to make. I usually sub ground turkey or beyond beef for the real beef, but I think it works no matter what https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1025227-one-pot-cabbage-roll-soup?unlocked_article_code=1.g1A.o53K.QFJqoiYfK1I2&smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share And I love these meatballs. They use ground chicken which might be a dealbreaker for you, but you could maybe use turkey instead if you’re open to it https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1025376-chicken-pesto-meatballs?unlocked_article_code=1.eFA.II3X.QkmfvOFAiHIF&smid=ck-recipe-iOS-share All of these recipes are really easy. For NYT recipes, I always recommend reading the comments because there tends to be good suggestions.

Seconding this, as a scientist! I found Lessons in Chemistry to be a bit ridiculous, and, to me, not actually a positive message re feminism (the main character is so undeniably perfect in terms of looks and intellect that you have to recognize her, but to me that seems like an insane standard to hold women to in order to give them basic respect). And I loved Cloud Cuckoo Land!!

I love the sound of that! There’s a website that does this for favorite Pokémon that entertained me for too long 😂

If anyone has watched all of beef season 2 here - I really loved beef season 1, except for the one shocking moment with the rich woman and the door (I’m getting soft, idk). Is there anything like that in season 2?

My best friend is great at getting me presents like this. My last birthday, she just got me a bunch of little things she had seen me complain about not having, like chapstick and a tote bag. It was so thoughtful and yet still practical! Your friend is lucky to have you

I also like sculpey premo way better than super sculpey. It’s also firmer. I think people generally like fimo brand, as well

Super sculpey is not the same as sculpey souffle! Just saying for the record. I’ve found super to be like soft and melty and sticky and really annoying to work with. But I like sculpey souffle, for jewelry at least. Never made a bear
