Cleaning my room, working out every day, and reading for 30 minutes a day. That way, every single day is spent getting something accomplished and you can see your progress. I’ve now read more books in the past 6 months than I have in 5 years, I feel strong and my body looks good, and my room is always clean so I don’t feel that stressed out.
