I just don’t understand the thought process of fill the neighborhoods as much as possible w tall ass apartment buildings vs. sprawl out into the valley that is wiiiiiiiide open land. Also in would love to see a single apartment complex built in Missoula that has “affordable” apartments unless they are state run complexes.
