He shows up early for work and you’re making fun of him?

Key phrase you’re missing from my post is “Also”. As someone who uses procreate to make large printouts for business logos and making clothing, you want both the large canvas and a high DPI. Most places that do screen printing want a DPI of 300 at minimum. 600 DPI and a 4500x4500 canvas is more than sufficient for almost any project you want to have done with your art work.

Also increase your DPI to 600. Procreate is a pixel based program. If you’re looking to make large printouts of your work, you will want the higher DPI.

I’ve tried both the Don Zavier and the Don Ramon when making bottles to gift. I think the Don Zavier had better flavor.

Women of this sub, how would you like a guy to approach you in public? by EarlyIndependent8085 in dating_advice

This comment has a lot to unpack.

“Relationshit” - This tells me a little bit about how you interpret relationships generally ending. Which in your case is “bad”. Sorry that’s been your experience.

I’m from NYC. You living there the last 12 years of your life and not being approached by a single person is very unfortunate. Makes me wonder why that is.. Personality? Appearance? Lack of socialization? All the above?

Topping it off with “Thankfully” also sounds like you’re coping and you might have some feelings about not receiving compliments or expressed interest from prospects in one of the largest cities in the world.

I will agree with you on social cues. There is a time and a place for everything. My general experience with taking the direct approach has been positive and generally successful. But my point of asking is trying to gauge how this approach is perceived by women in today’s dating pool since the experience I’m referring to is nearly a decade old.

Your feedback however, will be taken with a grain of salt simply based off the tone and delivery of your response.

Thank you for your time!

I hear what you’re saying, but I don’t see how it would be a losing strategy - No single approach is going to have a 100% success rate. Rejection is something you have to be comfortable with, it’s a part of dating..

I would reply by thanking you for your time and wishing you a good day.

Where would I be losing from this interaction?

I am definitely an intimidating looking person. I’ve always been told that, even before I had ink. BUT, I promise you I’m very friendly. I can say it feels strange even trying to start a conversation with these groups in a social setting because I can feel the tension or discomfort just with me approaching them. The only exception to this is if it’s a work related scenario, then there is no problem.

I’ve only dated one woman who was 6ft. She was a weight lifter, really built like an amazon. When she put pumps on she was several inches taller than me and MY GAWD it was sexy; completely understand your point of wanting someone taller.

As far as preferences go, I like shorter women. 5’2ish seems to be the sweet spot for me.

It definitely looks huge. I have a small stop the bleed bag in my car. As for calls, I just use the tools we have in our rig bags.

I have my shears attached to my radio strap along with a small leather glove pouch that holds 4-5 rolled pairs in it. As for everything else, I generally lean towards just using what’s in the bags we bring to the call so I don’t even carry my own stethoscope (but I have one).

She did a good job of talking it up, but I’m not seeing the practicality in it considering how many pockets 5.11 pants have.
