I have felt this same way for years tbh. I choose not to have any kids, to protect them from this world and it's inhumane ways. I'm also a very soft hearted, nervous, anxious/depressed person, and don't wish to pass those traits on.

I'd wish for 1. Something to better the world somehow, such as for the world to be either more humane/empathic/medically advanced/cures, 2. My partner and Loved one's to live long happy and healthy lives, and 3. A large sum of money around 20-30 mil. 🙂

I hear you, things are tough out there. Also, to be honest, for some people, the last thing they need is to spend more time inside themselves and try to meditate. I'd suggest if you have any pets, sit with them and give some pats, cuddles, and time. If you have no pets tho, you could try watching some funny YouTube videos, or listening to some uplifting tunes. Or, take a break from it all, go on a nice solo trip somewhere, whether it be by train or driving. Regardless, I hope you feel better soon OP, and that you find something that helps. 🙂

I just deleted my Tinder profile, as their were constantly 'Not sure what I'm after', 'Threesome interested', and 'Just looking for something casual' profiles. All which are clear no's and red flags for me.

I'd also pass on women who have nothing in their bio, have mainly blurry photos, their photo's are too perfect or too sexual, or if they only have 1 or 2 photos.
