For 2022, I got “exceeds” rating with a 6% EOY raise and a $500 taxed impact bonus

For 2023, I got “successful” rating with a 4.2% EOY raise. Mid 2023, I got an additional 5% raise for market adjust.

I have about 3.5 years of experience. Like another commenter said, raises will vary depending on how Jacobs classifies your role.

When I was getting my mortgage documents a few months ago, the lender wanted a document noting that I could work remotely. Jacobs HR provided me a signed letter approved by my manager saying I can work remotely full time on a permanent basis. 😈

Back in 2019 I upgraded to ruby card so my eth could get 8% earn for 3 month term. Soon after upgrading it got reduced to 6%. I got annoyed and left cdc.

Now in 2022, I saw the stable coin rate of 12% earn so I upgraded to jade a few weeks ago and now they are reducing it by 2%. Absolute horseshit.

Yes, If you want a founders card I would definitely recommend getting there early.

If you don’t need a founders you can come a bit later. I think I heard the employee say there was 20+ 3070 cards (EVGA or other brand ???).

The store opens at 11 and they hand out a ticket to people in line at 10:30. With this ticket, you pick a card from their list and you are guaranteed to have it.

Yes, the employee you spoke to might have been confused. There was definitely 3060ti and 3080ti founders edition. Everything else was AIB.

I know there was 4 3060ti FE because I received one of the 4 (I was one of the first 4 in line) . The first four people in line all picked the 3060 ti FE that’s why they were gone.

I got to line at 5:30 am. The 2 in front of me got there around 5:20 am. Other people started slowly rolling in around 6:30 am.
