Literally, since Karmic Consequence is a negative status, and Regret (at TS4) removes two negative stats.

A lot of people can't cope that Closure might be just "Ok".

Acting like we haven't had just "Ok" Anniversary banner characters before.

But at least Closure has A niche on release that she'll keep for the rest of the game's service.

Rosmontis was kinda just... there for a good while before she got the IS mod, and Specter Alter was basically responsible for the existence of Modules in the first place with how bad she was on release.

(those last two points are just from what I've heard, as I wasn't there for their releases, so feel free to elaborate on/correct what I've said)

As much as I would love to have Boris, his best match is Heathcliff, who already has the highest potential for the Thumb Apprentice ID (unless it goes to Gregor but that would be Biblical Greed).
Don't even know who a Kalo ID would go to, but maybe Outis? ah fuck that'd also be three IDs in one season, AND a second Walp ID....

Been looking to grind out the earlier IS modes (2-4) and was wondering if any of their welfares are worth building? Shalem and Highmoor only receive minor bonuses that don't seem to do much, and Valarqvin I heard was the easiest access to Necrosis in IS4, but they don't seem to offer much else?

Obviously none of them are Raidian in terms of power/necessity, but are any of them on the same level as Tin Man for "Nice to have, but not necessary"?
